CCI announces the joint venture and relocation of Kelley Aerospace to the United States. The company's executive offices, production facilities, research and development center, testing facility and product manufacturing. Kelley Aerospace is transitioning to the United States with the new U.S. facility scheduled to have Kelley Aerospace products available by the first quarter 2026.  Kelley Aerospace's advanced carbon fiber composites are used exclusively in all Kelley Aerospace products. 

For over 38 years the drone veteran, Kelley Aerospace, has successfully designed, developed, tested, and flown products designed for autonomous and human-controlled subsonic and supersonic flight. Kelley products have included research missiles, anti-drone systems, UAVs and drones, adaptable for a wide range of missions and markets.  Kelley Aerospace products will be available for diverse applications in the civilian, commercial, military deterrent, and defense markets.  All Kelley Aerospace, USA products will be 100% free of any Chinese parts and thus eliminating any back door intrusions.

Kelley Aerospace has entered into a strategic business alignment with Corporate Concepts International, Inc. (CCI). Under this joint business, CCI will provide executive oversight and program management for Kelley Aerospace’s new U.S. headquarters and production facilities, including new product development, marketing, and global sales operations, all to be based in the Austin, Texas area.  As part of this transition, key training personnel and critical production assets will be relocated from Singapore to Texas, establishing a strong U.S. operational foundation. CCI—an industry leader with more than 45 years of experience across commercial, corporate, and advanced aviation markets—joins the Kelley Aerospace USA team with deep expertise in aircraft business development, certification and compliance, market strategies, and global sales execution.  CCI will also market and deliver Kelley Aerospace anti-drone and UAV products from other international research, development and assembly locations.  CCI will lead and manage all marketing and sales initiatives through its U.S. offices, ensuring coordinated market entry and sustained global outreach. Kelley Aerospace USA will actively pursue and cultivate strategic partnerships with established defense and commercial aerospace organizations worldwide to support long-term growth and innovation.
